At ClipStack, we respect and value your privacy and believe that the less we know about you, the better. We do not collect any personal data through ClipStack unless you voluntarily provide it to us. Copied data is stored in your device and your device alone.

Owner and Operator of ClipStack
Clipstack respects your privacy and does not collect personally identifiable information through Clipstack unless you voluntarily provide it (such as sending a support email or subscribing to a newsletter). We limit the information we collect to the minimum necessary to provide our services and improve Clipstack. Our business is developing and selling software, not your personal information. Below you will find detailed information about when, why and how we collect and use your personal data. Please read this privacy policy carefully before providing any personal information to us. Clipstack mobile (collectively “Clipstack”) are owned and operated by his ClipStack team (“we”, “us” and “our”) registered in Dublin, Ireland. When we ask you to provide us with personal information or when you contact us, we act as a data controller in relation to your personal information. This means that we are responsible for deciding what personal data we collect from you and how we use it.
Data storage
Clipstack stores data (clipboard history and pinboard items, search index, etc.) locally on your iOS device in binary and human-readable form. With iCloud sync, Clipstack saves a copy of your data to your personal iCloud storage and automatically syncs it across your devices. You can turn off iCloud Sync in Clipstack settings. This data is never transmitted or stored on our servers and we do not otherwise access, possess or use this data. Clipstack also stores your current subscription information in iCloud storage, making it accessible from all your devices. You have the option to disable Clipstack's access to iCloud in System Preferences and delete all Clipstack data from iCloud at any time.
Storage period
ClipStack stores all copied items and subscription confirmation receipts on your device only. Deleting the application automatically frees up the space used by ClipStack. Personal data generated from using ClipStack is securely stored on your mobile device.
Usage Analysis
We Collect information about how you use Clipstack. This information is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally. We are only interested in how many people are using Clipstack, which features are used more often, and if there are things we can improve. Analytics data may include:
- Anonymized User ID.
- Device type, model and identifier.
- OS
- language;
- Country, region, city, state
- Application version and subscription information (plan, status, term, etc.);
- Events performed within the application (e.g., "user's first launch");
- Error code and error message.
Crash report
If Clipstack crashes while you're using it, we collect anonymized data about the crash so we can identify the issue and fix it in a future update. This data includes information such as application status, operating system, and the device you are using. It does not contain your personal data and cannot identify you as a natural person. Use App Center to collect and analyze crash reports.
Payment
You provide your payment information to Apple, who handle your payments, when you make payments linked to Clipstack. Your payment information is not collected by us, and we have no access to it. Please check Apple's and privacy policies to see how they handle your payment information.
Cookies
The Website and Clipstack don't utilize any cookies.
Updates
This Privacy Policy becomes active on the date indicated at the beginning of this page. Updates and Changes to the Privacy Policy may be applied at any time.
